How do you access my home?

Life Maid Easy must be able to access to provide service. There are four choices:
1) The most convenient; you may leave a key in our locked key safe located in our office.
2) You may leave a key at some designated assessible place at your residence.
3) You can make arrangments for key clearance and we can pick up the key where the key is stored.
4) You can meet the crew at your residence Life Maid Easy will provide a window prior to the arrival. 

If I give you a key to my home, what steps are taken to protect our home? 

The key is coded as soon as it enters the office and placed in a locked key storage box only accessible to Life Maid Easy management. The day of your scheduled cleaning the key will be released to the crew manager, signed out and returned at the end of that day and replaced to the locked key storage box.

Can I expect the same service providers each visit?

We have built our business on this very question and we realize it is of most concern to our clients. We acknowledge that it is to our advantage as well as our clients to schedule the same crew although, employees do change jobs, go on vacations, and could be absent due to illness.

Should I tip the service providers?

If you are pleased with the hard work of our employees we encourage you to show appreciation to your service providers. Although not required, a gratuity is a powerful way to say "I appreciate your work". Even a note or a call to the office means a great deal.

What is your cancelation policy?

Should it become neccessary to postpone/skip your regularly scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify our office 24 hours before the appointment to avoid any additional charges for non-notification. If the crew arrives and we can not access the home, there will be a charge of half the service fee for your scheduled cleaning. If there is going to be a chsnge to your schedule, please do not tell the service providers, please call our office.

What if my appointment falls on a holiday?

We celebrate 6 holidays during the year, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your regularly scheduled appointment fall on the day of celebration you will be notified the visit before, if that is not going to be convenient please contact the office.

Do you gurantee your the work performed?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning of your home, call our office within 24 hours and we will return to reclean the areas of concern. Should you still not be satisfied you will not be charged for the cleaning.

Can I expect the service on the same day and time?

Yes, each client is scheduled on a recurrent day and time. A receipt will be given to you each visit with the return day and the approximate arrival time and you will receive a courtesy, confirmation call the day before.

Will there be a charge for the home inspection?

No. We enjoy meeting with you so we can adddress your concerns and you will have a clean understanding of what to expect. By wallking through with you gives us an educated guess to alot enough time to complete the job as efficiently as possible.

I have children and pets, what do I need to do to prepare for your arrival?

You will receive a courtesy call the day before we arrive as a reminder and we ask that you have your children pick-up the toys and clothing. We are pet friendly as long as the pet is friendly, please secure pets, if needed and leave a note telling the crew where it is. We do not clean pet feces

What happens if something gets broken?

The crew will always notify you immediately. If the item can be repaired we will glad pay for the repair; if the item can not be repaired we  ask that you repalce the item and send the office the receipt and we will issue a check for the item. Items of great value or not easyily replaced we ask that you place them out of danger. Money, credit cards, collectable items, jewelry, etc. please place them under lock and key for your protection as well as ours.
